Fresh pasta made in an open kitchen the size of a large counter, rolled and plated fast and priced fairly for how good it is. The pici cacio e pepe and the pappardelle with an eight hour beef shin ragu are the two dishes regulars order without opening the menu. No reservations means a queue most evenings, but tables turn quickly and it moves faster than the line outside suggests.
